Hello And Welcome!
My name is Alyssa and I have dreamt of owning a mobile bar for a long time. I am excited to create an atmosphere for clients and guests to enjoy special events in a unique way.
My biggest supporters are my partner Adam and our son (dog) Larry. We come to the mobile industry with experience in small business and hospitality.
The Copper Jigger’s story began in 2023 when a wonderful couple, Michelle and Scott, built it for their son’s wedding and created a business out of it. The love and care they put into this beautiful trailer has not gone unnoticed as in 2025 I purchased it as my own. The name carries Michelle and Scott’s history into my journey as the new proud owner.
Along with the trailer I bring experienced and friendly bartenders to ensure your event runs stress free. We are so excited to get to know you and help service your next event!
Copper Jigger offers a one-of-a-kind bar setting that blends modern sophistication with a touch of vintage charm. Our cozy yet stylish decor creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable event. Let us serve at your special occasion and we can work with you and or your decorator to match our rig with the aesthetic of your pleasing.

No! We come with an invertor to run any of our equipment we need for each event.
Liquor laws in Canada do not allow sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle. This means that the person hosting the event is in charge of purchasing the alcohol. We are considered "dry hire" which means the client purchases the alcohol needed for the event and we bring the rest. Don't worry! We will plan out a package that works best for your event and help create a list for how much alcohol needs to be purchased.
A Special Occasions Permit (SOP) allows for the sale and service of alcohol on special occasions, such as cash bars at weddings or private receptions, as well as larger public events. An SOP is required any time alcohol is served anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or a private residence. Basically, if you are having your event on private property like your backyard, an SOP is not required.
To learn more about if you need an SOP, click here to check AGCO: Apply to sell or serve alcohol at a private event | Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
Once we've established all the details, we ask for a retainer of 25% along with a signed contract to secure the date. Remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to event date.
Our rig is 6ft x 12ft x 7ft (head height) and is suited for outdoor and indoor use if there is room for entry.
We cater to the Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent region but are willing to explore other locations!
We love to travel! However, depending on distance there may be an additional cost for mileage.
This rig loves to dress up! Let us know if there is a planner for your event and get us in contact with them so we can create a look that matches the vibe for your event.
The Copper Jigger is comfortable with serving up to 200 people and depending on the amount of guests will change the amount of bartenders to accommodate depending on the level of service required for your event.
Every event may differ depending on the hours, amount of guests, and the package requested. Our base prices start at $500 and can go up to $3500. We are aware that no two events are the same and our prices reflect that. Contact us for more information and a quote today.
